• Once purchased tickets for SEA Oxford excursions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Ticket holders are responsible for getting to pick up points at the publicised time. SEA Oxford can not delay its excursions for anyone who is late, and will not provide a refund in such circumstances.

• All information regarding excursions is accurate at the time of publication, however from time to time tourist attractions make changes which are beyond our control.

• SEA Oxford reserves the right to alter excursion itineraries in the event of circumstances beyond its control.

• It is the responsibility of the person booking to inform SEA Oxford if the person attending the tour is under 18 years of age on the day of the tour.

• Anyone under the age of 16, wishing to join an SEA Oxford tour must be accompanied by an adult.

• SEA Oxford will not tolerate people behaving in a racist, disrespectful or offensive manner towards anyone else on its excursions.

• SEA Oxford reserves the right to remove anyone from an excursion who is behaving in a way that might cause injury or offence to anyone else on the excursion.

• SEA Oxford reminds all those travelling on its excursions, that it is a legal requirement to wear a seat belt throughout the journey.

• It is illegal to drink alcohol while travelling on a bus in the UK.

• SEA Oxford reserves the right to remove anyone from their excursion if they refuse to comply with the rules of the excursion, or with any reasonable instruction given by an employee of SEA Oxford or the coach company employed by SEA Oxford for that excursion.
